College and Amateur athletic training are intense training sessions that will allow you to perform your best at the next level. We teach the same drills that are taught at the NFL as well as sprint techniques that are implemented by the top track coaches in the nation. Special Needs Training
This type of training is for all types of special needs clients. Here at Innovative Fitness we believe in the impact of health and fitness and how it can affect any condition that you may have. We have worked with all types of disabilities and conditions from Down syndrome, Autism, and Asperger syndrome to Impingement syndrome. We are willing to work with any type of disability when personal training creates a positive impact in someone's life.
